On Saturday 28 April, Professor Tom Williamson, landscape historian and landscape archaeologist will give us an overview of the life and work of Humphry Repton, successor to ‘Capability’ Brown. 2018 being the bicentenary of Repton’s death, our series of talks would not be complete without reference to this important eighteenth-century garden designer.

As usual our talks start at 2.30pm at the County Museum, Aylesbury, and are followed by tea and cakes, an opportunity to catch up with other members and to ask further questions of our speaker, though please do let them have a cup of tea themselves!

Download, fill in and return our Booking Form to Rosemary Jury, to attend our events. Please fell free to bring along a friend or friends, the more the merrier!
